如何檢查目前是否運行在UI線程

可以使用下面的程序碼檢查目前是否運行在UI線程:

if(Looper.getMainLooper().getThread() == Thread.currentThread()){
 //目前運行在UI線程
}else{
 目前運行不是在UI線程
